The TESTED Framework Behind Successful Specific Person Manifestations (Full Journey)
In this video, I break down what actually changes outcomes in Specific Person manifesting—not theories, not endless technique-stacking, but the repeatable shifts that show up again and again across real cases. After working with thousands of people and analyzing years of client results, journals, failures, breakthroughs, and follow-up reports, clear patterns emerged. Certain assumptions quietly sabotage results. Certain inner moves collapse resistance fast. And certain habits—no matter how disciplined—slow everything down. You will see: • Why doing more techniques often produces the opposite e

What happens when the manifestation begins to pull back or when you have a desire and you do everything in your power to make it work that has worked before, but in this case, it is not working. In this video, I'm gonna tell you a story about a client of mine. Through her relationship and practicing what she believed to be the correct and working way to manifest, had found herself in a situation where obsession, fear, insecurity, OCD, and a perpetual pushing away from her desire kept getting greater and greater until she found the solution to reverse these OCD manifestings, I call it zombie manifesting, to get closer to her desire, which is a specific person, to ultimately change beliefs and assumptions and then manifest her specific person. Hi. My name is Joseph Ally. Welcome to my channel where I talk about broken down systematic manifesting. Through the last decade and a half, I have been systematically putting to the test all ways and means of manifesting, collecting the data, and some of the you can see some of those journals over there, notebooks, with hundreds of thousands of tracked and tested manifestations where I remove the fluff, remove the dogma, remove anything that is not pure systematic manifesting. And what I have come to find is that manifesting is systematic. It is data driven. It is predictable if you do it right. So before we begin, please hit the like button. It does something to the algorithm so that those that would not be able to find this video will be able to find this video. Hit the subscribe button if you want to stay tuned for more broken down, straightforward, proven manifestation methods in a predictable way, and the bell icon if you want to stay notified. So let's jump into this story. A couple of years ago, I had a client, and this client had a history with a specific person. Now the backstory is quite interesting, and I remember when I found this or rather this person found me. She applied for coaching. She got accepted into coaching. And upon telling me the story of what went down, it was a story that we have seen time and time again. Seeing the data that we've collected over the past x amount of years, since 2011, this is something that I can also relate to, and many who have succeeded have first come from a place where there is a lack of success. In fact, usually that is the process. You come from a place of powerlessness, and you end in a place of power, and that is with correct manifesting. So this woman who had communicated with me, contact with me, who I approved for her coaching application and started talking with, she had met someone on a dating website. And it was a man. He was very handsome. In fact, when she saw his picture and they began chatting, she was surprised that he was even talking with her. Now when he he and she finally agreed to meet, she was a little skeptical because she wasn't even sure this guy was real. But when she finally hung out with him, he was really a dream come true. In her own words, he was extremely romantic. He was the image of her fantasy of the ideal husband. I can replay relate to this, not replace to this, relate to this. I wonder if you also can relate to this as well. And it was a dream date. They hung out. They met. They had dinner. They ended up hanging out after, and that wasn't the end of the story. See, she was absolutely smitten, and she could tell that he was extremely interested in her as well. But someone who was insecure, someone who had abandonment issues of the past, it wasn't very clear, or she did not believe what she was experiencing. But nevertheless, they hung out again and again and again. However, what ended up happening was during the course of their initial courting, I suppose you could say, he started pulling back. Now the way that this happened was eventually they would communicate. Well, they would initially communicate and things were, you know, bam bam, you know, let's meet this time. Let's go, and then they would do it. But eventually, what would happen is he started pulling away and not giving definitive times and places to hang out. Instead of saying, you know, do you wanna come over? Do you wanna do this and that on this day and this time? It would start like it it almost seemed like obligatory, an obligation, asking if she wanted to hang out, and then she would ask when, and then he would never really get back to her. Now, eventually, he would get back to her, but the time that she was waiting for the responses from him that began to delay the insecurities and fears of abandonment of this image that she had projected of this perfect person had, it it began to take a hold on her mind. Her insecurities began to grow. Her fears began to grow. And the more her fears and insecurities began to grow and the more that she projected this energy she was grasping, the more he would actually pull away. So but nevertheless, for a long period of time, months and months, his communication got less. She would be waiting for him. She would find herself going and looking at his social media, waiting for him to come online, seeing if he's written a a status that had anything to do with her, see who liked his photos or commented on his photos, and only just to be waiting sometimes for hours or days for a response, and then eventually the response would come. She would hang out. But when she would hang out with him, she would never bring up the way that she felt prior. You see the same thing as myself. I used to be someone who was afraid to express myself, and I'm sure a lot of people can relate to this. But when she would hang out with him despite the mental strain and stress that occurred within the mind prior for sometimes days straight of waiting for a response, waiting around, saying, oh, let's hang out on Friday, but not hearing for a time for days and days, and then suddenly last minute, are you ready to hang out? Boom. And they would hang out. That whole time she was racking her brain, being afraid that he was gonna leave her knowing that things were about to go wrong. And then when they would hang out, she would not say anything because when they hung out, again, it was like a dream. He was this ideal. He was this perfect person. He was her ideal husband, and the more time they spent together. And then the more time they would split apart, the more she would fantasize, the more she would dream about him, but the more stressful, anxious, and fearful she became. So, ultimately, what happened is it was on one of these periods of time where there was a delay of him responding. He finally, on that day that they were supposed to hang out, never responded. And that was the day she ended up going on to YouTube and asking how to get someone to text you. And upon typing that in, she got a video on manifesting, how to manifest a person to text you. And upon doing that, watching that video, it was a video that is very common throughout these days for beginners, and she found this. She implemented exactly what this person said, and lo and behold, he texted her. Now this was like a dream come true. She was shocked. She didn't necessarily believe what she had done, but they had hung out again. But then the same thing happened again, and time starts slipping. Insanity would creep in, insecurity, anxiousness, fear, doubt, jealousy. I'm sure he's talking to someone else. Doing the same technique for getting him to text her, and it would happen again and again. And she knew and she joined this community of people. And in this community of people, they were manifesting things like intermediary steps. But what was starting out to be like a dream come true eventually waxed and waned, and the more she would imagine, the more she would affirm, sometimes hundreds of times, thousands of times, eventually, the distance of time between the efforts that she put in and the results grew longer and longer, and he pulled away. It was as if she would manifest this thing using this technique, but then it would start from scratch right after. This increased her insanity. This increased her insecurity. This increased her fear. Now no doubt she had traumas from the past, and we had talked about this. She had been hurt in the past. She had been cheated in the past. She had spent a lot of time alone as a child fantasizing about the future that she would have. And and but ultimately, all of this just combined together to fuel this need to control reality and to do so one more soul at a time, and that was exactly what happened. But eventually, it completely stopped working. The time that it took for him to respond just turned into no time at all, meaning there was no reaching out. He stopped completely, you know, responding, and this was an absolutely devastating thing. Now to me, when I heard all of this, it wasn't a surprise to me because I know how the mind works, and I know for myself when I had been in similar situations, and I've seen this in so many hundreds or thousands of stories from people who I have coached or talked to or who have submitted their stories that this is just a very common thing with these obsessive continuous thoughts, and then the covering up of the thoughts by using some techniques like affirming hundreds or thousands of times. You know, the the the end product that usually is always the same, and it is never getting that end result. There will be morsels provided, but never the complete end. And often when the morsel comes, there is a complete restart of the manifestation after that. It's a manipulation of reality that causes issues in the fabric of time space that ends up pushing the manifestation permanently as far away as it can possibly go completely out of reach. So what happened was she eventually found and became a part of our community. She started watching my videos, started watching Athena's videos, and she knew and she had heard from what I was saying that, you know, a lot of things that she had heard in the past while skipping through videos. Right? Only imagine the end. You know? You don't have to affirm a gazillion times a day. Right? Imagine once and drop it or merely impress a subconscious mind or there's a bridge of incidents that leads you now into the end. All these things that she had heard but completely discarded because the community she was in, everyone was only manifesting the middle. And when she would become despairing, another person in the community would say, I finally got a text, and she would and everyone would be reinvigorated to keep imagining for their text message or their date or this and that. But, ultimately, like I said, all of that failed, and she had heard and thought about these imagining the ends, but was discouraged because of the community that she was in prior. But, ultimately, because her hands were tied, she had absolutely no power in reality, then she started doing proper techniques, or at least that is what she was attempting to do, and that was when she came to me. That is we did a few coaching sessions together. Now she was extremely dedicated. I related a lot to her. See, I had a very similar past. I had a very similar mindset. I had very similar relationships. I had very similar manifestation approach. See, even when I found Neville Goddard and his teachings, and even after I tested manifesting for many, many years, with love at times, your sort of illogical mind will take precedent. Now what's what I heard from her, and I've heard this before, is that she was affirming hundreds of times or thousands of times. She said that it was getting so extreme that if she wasn't doing it, she felt like she was doing something wrong. And not only that, she completely isolated herself away from her friends, away from her family, away from any social groups. People were worried about her at work, and it was all in the name of thinking that she would be wasting time talking to someone else when she could be in her mind affirming or in her mind scripting or, excuse me, or scripting. Now an interesting thing about affirmations, a common thing, and this is what this client said to me, that when she would affirm, her anxiety would leave her and that it was a way to regulate her nervous system. Now what's interesting about affirmations is oftentimes, including with this client, is she would witness people mimicking or parroting the exact thing that she would be affirming, and that gave her further proof and inspiration to keep going down this path. And simultaneously, the saturation of the mind with the repetition of this phrase was giving her a respite from her anxiety, from her doubt, from her insecurity. So in ancient India, some of these Hindu yogis, what they did was they have a few different methods for clearing the mind, or they have a few different methods of affirming. One of them is to re excuse me, is to affirm robotically. That is an ancient Hindu technique, but the technique what's amazing is, about this technique is that it is not intended to be something to manifest. It is intended to clear the mind and reduce anxiety. So in other words, it will still produce somewhat of a side effect in reality, but there are far more powerful techniques with using your mind, with using your imagination, with using a decree or an affirmation that will therefore manifest the exact thing that you want aside from affirming a million times. Now why it works is because when you are affirming something over and over excuse me. Why it works to reduce anxiety, which does not have anything to do with manifesting, is by trading all of the thoughts that your mind is aiming towards. Right? I'm never gonna have him. I'm never gonna be good enough. I'm never gonna get this manifestation, you know, whatever it is. All of these thoughts, anxieties, fears. He's with someone else. She's with someone else. Whatever. Those thoughts occur within the mind beyond our control before we learn about certain manifesting techniques. But when we begin to affirm a specific thought, one thought, one phrase over and over and over again, what you're doing is you are trading the the massive amounts of different thoughts with one thought. So in other words, the the ultimate goal for many a yogi or meditation practitioner is to empty the mind completely, and that is what is called mindful. Now that is an extremely difficult feat, and many meditators will spend a decade or multiple decades before they are ever able to empty the mind for any period of time. So what is almost as good as emptying the mind completely? It's only having one thing in the mind. In other words, you trade all of the chaos, all of the worldly thoughts, all of the objective reality that people battle against, and this individual battles against, and your fears, doubts, and securities, those appear. So the objective goal is to manifest sorry, to allow yourself to completely empty the mind, but because that is an extremely difficult thing, we trade all of those thoughts for merely one thought. So we're only one thought away from having a completely empty mind, and that is why it works to clear anxiety. This is why you hear people saying this is how they regulate their nervous system. Right? These phrases that you hear nowadays to, yeah, just just rid their anxiety. So and then some of the side effects will manifest. Right? Invariably, eventually, even if it's robotic and you're not focused on it. By doing something a million times, one of those will probably eventually impress. But I explained all of this, and I said there's a much simpler way to do this, you see. And this is partly what we focused on. Right? I had to go through in in the sessions. We had to break down, dismantle this OCD. We had to break down, dismantle her thought that she had to continuously imagine, continuously affirm, continuously witness thoughts, flip thoughts, every single thought. She was exhausted. No wonder everyone was worried about her, and I wonder if you've ever been in the in the similar place. And all for nothing, a couple dates, a couple text messages, but no ultimate end. So the reason the middle doesn't work is because of the way that manifesting works. You see, in modern psychology, the thought process is, you if you have enough thoughts one way, then you should replace them and oppose them in another way. But, really, what the the the source of thoughts are is your assumptions. You see? And the world unfolds in a different way than we think. Right? In human form, we take step by step by step. This is how the middle comes in. Oh, just manifest the text, then go to the next thing, then go to the next thing. But this is not how manifesting works. This is just how humans think. This is what we do. We logically plan. We strategize, and we move forward. Everything that we do, we have one thought and then the next thought and the next thought. But in manifesting, this is something entirely different. It's just a reverse. In manifesting, we are not dealing with picking things up and putting them down or moving from one step to the next. We are reorganizing and reshuffle shuffling the deck of reality. We are altering the fabric of time space, and the way you do that is by selecting a dimension. You're not planning individual scenarios. You're not planting seeds that grow off of one seed and grow off the next seed. You literally when you are manifesting, when you imagine, when you affirm, you are planting a seed, one seed, and the seed consists of all of the contents in the mind when you impress the subconscious mind. So in other words, when you imagine the end, which is the the core thing that's critical to do, you create a seed, and that seed's DNA consists of the ways and means to lead you to that image that you have imagined. And when you plant that, just like no other seed will grow into a different species, just like no other seed will then grow something off of that seed and go to the next. That's not how it works. It's not how reality works. It's not how manifesting works. And with all the data that we've collected, and if you listen to Neville Goddard or if you have put it to the test by listening to videos prior from me and begin to, really begin to experiment and watch how this works, you will find that whatever you imagine when you go there, you will. You must go to that place, but you will not go beyond that place. You never go beyond that place. You see, I remember when I first had a specific person. And like I said, even when I had already found Neville, it didn't matter. I was anxious. I wanted this specific person. There was nothing I could do to control the anxieties and fears within mind. And so I began to imagine intermediaries, steps, steps, steps. The step would be accomplished, but then the manifestation would fail, go completely back to the beginning where I was before. I would imagine the next thing that would happen. All along, I'm hoping that it's gonna keep progressing beyond, and it never ever does, and it never will. This is proven beyond a reasonable doubt. You can test this and prove it day after day after day. Manifesting in steps does not work. Save yourself the insanity as I've witnessed people, and I say this often, they chase these intermediaries who are manifesting in steps into the gates of insanity and hell, a mental hell and anguish. So straightening that out, explaining that, getting through to her on these techniques and how manifesting works, the key is is to imagine the end. That is the ultimate key. And besides that, it's working on those insecurities and fears. Now like I said, this was through a few sessions that we did, but ultimately dismantling this OCD that she had, which, again, I mentioned I was diagnosed with OCD because of manifesting back in 2013. And it was merely because I always thought I had to be believing. Does that resonate with anyone? Well, now you know if you've done the list method, putting it to the test, experimenting, and that's not the case. All you have to do is commit that imaginal act into the subconscious mind, and you could do not you don't have to do anything of the sort. You don't have to believe. You don't have to not believe. You don't have to wait. You don't have to enter into a state. That state is activated, and it will manifest. Ultimately, in this case, after dismantling and and reconfiguring this, we ended up looking at the beliefs and assumptions. Now as I said before, there were insecurities, fears, doubts, jealousy, obsessive thoughts, fear of expressing oneself. And this was the prime focus of the remainder of our sessions. And, ultimately, what I'll say is we systematically when she was explaining to me so she explained her story. She opted that we spend a lot of time on this and which I thought was a great idea. So she went through her story, explained all the feelings and thoughts that she had, and these hidden assumptions that were completely unaware or she was completely unaware of were the cause of all of the activities that this individual was doing. So in other words, the way assumptions work is you will make a judgment at one point in your life. By the way, watch my video micro assumptions if you want to know how to determine and dismantle and and discover the actual assumption behind your reality, behind each activity. Extremely helpful. It has changed thousands of people's lives. It's changed my life as well. It was something just I accidentally discovered through looking through my data and experimenting, but we opted to spend a lot of time on this. And so she would tell me the experiences, and from then from the experiences, I mean, I've just been doing it for so long, I'm capable of just hearing what she's saying and then determining the assumption based on what she's telling me. A lot of times and you'll find this I find this myself. In fact, I was just having a conversation with Athena, and you realize that when you're talking to someone, oftentimes, you'll reveal things just by speaking it without even thinking about it. You just reveal things. You say things that when you're on a piece of paper and you're writing it down, trying to discover the the beliefs and assumptions in the mind, you'll overlook. It's just because I I say this. It's not a literal statement, but how can a broken mind fix a broken mind? Now, obviously, it's not as simple as that, and you can manifest getting answers to questions, and I've done that in my videos on that from years ago, and I highly suggest checking that out. But in this case, merely just blurting out these different experiences, I was able to help her see these hidden assumptions, these judgments that had been instilled within her long ago and recently, which is causing what they do is these judgments that you make, whether it's, you know, men, or I'm never good enough for for the guy that I like, or I'm never chosen, or the guy always changes his mind. These assumptions that we have made subconsciously without really realizing it, they stick within the subconscious. And what will happen is they plant seeds again and again and again, and then they will manifest again and again and again so that your reality will prove to you the thing that you have judged initially to be true and again and again and again. Ultimately, that will never stop unless you discover them, unless you determine or reverse engineer reality to find the assumption that's causing the patterns to happen. Most of us have thousands, tens of thousands. And there's processes that sometimes I'll give people to go through and break them down. I teach them how to go through each of their experiences, find the assumption, change them, etcetera, in, a very systematic format. But, ultimately, I would not have known what happened. This was a couple years ago, but I set her straight. She impressed the she did the work to impress these new assumptions on the subconscious mind, which can be done through scripting. It can be done through imaginal conversations. And I wouldn't have known what happened if it hadn't been for the release of the social network that I built, Sovereign Mind. So if you haven't checked out Sovereign Mind, you probably should. It's growing over 75 countries. People have signed up from over 75 different countries, and people are meeting. People are making best friends. People are dating. There's a lot going on, and there's more updates to come. So but in this case, I got a message recently from this client who filled me in on the blanks. Now I initially when we talked, I had talked about her reality when she was reactively imagining obsessively as, like, the rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic. You see, the assumptions of the Titanic and that is going down. There's nothing you can do about it. But these intermediaries, these obsessive texts, and this witnessing and its stalking behaviors of searching their their statuses and which all of us can say that we've or many of us. I'm not gonna say all of us. Many of us, even I, myself, have engaged in some of these behaviors that no matter what you do, the assumptions are still sinking the ship, And that is why over time, the delays continue. The problems stack up, and eventually, this thing that was so close is out of grasp, out of reach. And so she had set, changed, and altered the assumptions. Now initially after talking to her and I knew that she would have done the work, but I hadn't heard anything back. And that happens often, by the way. A lot of times, it'll be years later, and all of a sudden, someone has a child now, and they didn't even have the specific person before, and they're with that person, whatever. But in this case, she filled me in, and she said she used my own words that I didn't even remember, and she said something to the effect of that I stopped rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic, and I actually turned the Titanic around. So after she had been dedicated to changing her assumptions, scripting them down, imagining them, relinquishing the fear of not thinking obsessively about this manifestation, she slowly started to watch the activity of this person reversing. In other words, he started reaching out again. But not only that, it was her attitude that changed entirely. Her fears, her insecurities, her chameleon behaviors of always shifting who she is to meet the person that she was before was completely reversed. So in other words, whereas prior to if he had reached out, her internal reactions and judgments would just send him back again. This is just how it happens if you don't change your assumptions. But in this case, she had a lot more self respect. Now as she started to change her assumptions, it wasn't long before she began to witness changes. Now some of the changes were very rapid. She would start seeing people act differently. That was the first sign that changing her assumptions was the key to this thing, to her getting any manifestation, including this manifestation. But not only that, imagining the end, she she meaning being with this person, committed with this person, married to this person, both of those things are what turned this all around. So like I said, he started to reach out to her, but she had a transformation of character. As things progressed, some things quickly, some things slowly with regards to her assumptions, it slowly started to change the way that she felt about herself, the confidence, the security, the feeling like she didn't need to reach out, that she was more important than to feel like this person was on a pedestal. She realized that the projecting of her future with this person as an angel was one of the further problems that was causing her pain because in doing so, she placed herself on a lower pedestal as well. He was an angel. She was not worthy. So all of this changed until her personality, her mindset, her beliefs, her assumptions, her self image, her self confidence leveled out. She no longer felt beholden. And not only that, what was interesting is in his own words, he did say that things got a little intense and that he felt like she was a little needy. But in the other side of this, he was busy with his own life. So a lot of it he did not mean to do, but nevertheless, she manifested she ensured that he would pull away, whether he knew why he was doing it or not. Ultimately now, after this spirit a period of time so this was a couple years ago when I coached this person, and now she is, in a relationship with this person. So as the time passed, they got closer and closer. They started to hang out again. They started to date again. And now they are in a secure, continuous, way more secure relationship. Now let me put that into perspective for you. This is a person who was a mind reader, meaning she was always wondering what the person was thinking. She was obsessed with the fear that he was gonna hurt, leave, or abandon her, cheat on her, or something to this effect. That completely reversed. She's no longer searching, looking, stalking, Facebooks and Instagrams, any of that stuff. They're not. They haven't moved in with each other, but they are in a long term committed relationship. It took something like three and a half months before so so it was actually quite rapid when he initially reached out. So she changed. She did this assumption work, meaning she wrote down and changed these assumptions and then imagined the end. And it wasn't a couple weeks later when he finally reached out. So it was quite rapid after that happened. Right? She just needed to let go. She needed to drop this obsessive compulsive behaviors and then switch it with correct behaviors, correct imagining, and then changing assumptions. It wasn't a couple weeks later where he reached out, and then, like I said, she said she reversed the Titanic, and she further elaborated by saying that his messages got more frequent. The hanging outs got more frequent. His workload got less. They started to be able to hang out more. He started talking about wanting long term commitment and so much more. And now there is no insecurity, no fear, no doubt, which is to me that was the the bane of my existence. That was what screwed up every relationship that I ever had. In this case, it was very similar aside from the obsessive imagining as well, which continuously pushed things away, amplified anxiety, and, you know, I've already explained it. But now this is how manifesting works, and I've seen this before. Right? Again, so I just fixed my my iMac, and that had a lot of the software that I built to process the data of my deep learning system of manifesting. And as I've been reloading some of that software on this iMac, And I booted up my program, and I was reflecting on some of the information, the patterns that I've seen. And for the those of you who don't know, what I've done is through these notebooks and journals over here, not only that, the submission from other clients from scouring the Internet, building programs that scrape the Internet, and then scanning through all of my coaching sessions and all of the emails and success and failure stories that I've received. I built an AI program that breaks all those down into segments of data, assigns variables to meanings, and then ultimately finds commonalities, what works, what doesn't work. Like I said, similarities of manifesting. And then on the other end, I can then ask questions. You should see my video, deep learning solves manifesting. I think that's what it's called, but I described this whole process. And in talking to this deep learning, what is common here in this story with other stories is really the same the same story. Right? A person falls in love with a person, a lot of obsessive insecurity, fears, doubts, assumptions remain. And as assumptions remain, a person will imagine the end, they will find some results, but then it always gets knocked down. And whether a person imagines the middle, that always is a perpetual infinite cycle of never getting the end. But the core ends up being is that the assumptions are what direct the ship. Right? Or rather in this case, it is the Titanic. Right? The imaginal act is the path that it's going on. Right? That's gonna direct you there, and then your assumptions are what change and modify the structure of reality, the fabric of the bridge of incidents, and that is what makes for a smooth bridge or a bad bridge. So in this case and in many other cases, many other coaching clients, this is a standard story. So if you wanna manifest your specific person, take a close look at your assumptions. Also, ask yourself what assumptions do you have about manifesting that you haven't verified to be true. Now I'll tell you that was something that was a difficult thing initially for me to do as I thought I was going to maybe disprove manifesting if I started putting it to the test, but it was just the reverse. You realize that you have a lot more power than you think. You realize manifesting is completely systematic. The laws that govern this reality are just as exact as gravity or any of the other laws of nature. So I hope that was helpful for you. If it was, again, please like, subscribe, sign up for Sovereign Mind. Comment your success stories below. Let me know what assumptions you have changed that have completely drastically altered the structure of your life. And if you found yourself in a situation where you were obsessively doing techniques over and over again and then started doing the right thing. I wanna hear about that too. So thank you so much, and I'll see you next time.
