Hi. My name is Joseph Ally. Welcome to my channel. And today, I wanna talk about how the list method actually works and how affirmations are supposed to to supposed to be impressed on the subconscious mind. So the reason I bring this topic up is because there's been a psychological approach that I have, been aware of for for many years, having gone to therapists and psychologists myself, about self talk. And so there's two ideologies regarding or behind affirmations or manifesting from statements. One of them is extremely effective and powerful and simple, and the other one is more of the psychological approach, which in the end actually alludes to the manifestation process itself. So first of all, if you have not done so already, please hit the bell icon, subscribe, hit the like button, does something with the algorithm from which those who would not normally be able to, see these videos, these truths will actually be able to see them. And, so stay tuned by subscribing because I talk a lot about the laser focused systematic way to manifest everything that you want in a more predictable manner. So I was on, I was on the VIP community. I just released that recently. It's actually, really awesome. So we did a workshop recently, and we were talking a lot about affirmations and how often to do them and how they work. And it brought up back when a while ago this is really interesting story about three, four, five five years ago maybe. I was in a really rough spot. I was still in the position of life before I, before I fixed things through manifestation. So I was in the process, but nevertheless, I was having a lot of trouble. So I actually wound up in in the in Rutgers behavioral health unit for, like, five days because I just didn't wanna live anymore. But while I was in there, I they were talking about self talk and the way that you talk to yourself. And now I already knew from my research before, some of the research before that this is a common thing. Right? Like, Napoleon Hill talks about affirmations a lot. He calls it, autosuggestion, which is just another term for it. And I I've heard it from a lot of people. And there's this idea or concept, right, due to science or psychology that what we're doing here is we're creating a new groove in our brain. And by doing that, we then become that person. Right? And then therefore, if we become that person, then we will manifest things as that person, thinking from that person. So but there's a different angle, a more simpler, easier approach. Right? Because with that ideology, that mindset, what what we're basically saying is we have to hammer this or drill this into our mind until it becomes a part of us. Right? We just have to continuously repeat this over and over until we believe it. Right? Because that's the main question that I'm asked by my clients or, by the people in in the VIP community, which is how long does it take before I believe it? So here's the interesting thing. Right? So psych psychology and science are everything is a side effect of manifesting. Right? If you've watched my stuff before, I go into a lot of the details on how to prove that all of this world is simply a side effect of manifesting, which even means that your your beliefs are a manifestation of of something inside of you. And also psychology, science, physics, all of these are describing patterns of of manifesting. So repeating something over and over, creating a new brain do you call it? Pathway in your brain and then whatever. That is interesting, but there's no the way that I have found affirmations work, and this is why the list process that I have basically stumped or, like, found accidentally and then shared with you guys works is what actually happens is when you create when you list out that belief, when you write it out, when you plan it out, the affirmation or the subconscious mind tape, what's actually happening is it's not a groove that's being formed in your mind. You're actually just impressing the subconscious mind the same way you are with an imaginal act. Because every facet of our awareness such as imaginal acts, visualizations, inner talk, mood, feeling, memories. Each of these independently, all the all the imaginal senses will create. So what we're doing here is we're just using a a we're conjuring up inner speech in the form of a sentence or some type of phrase, and we're reading it or saying it until it impresses the subconscious mind. And then after that point, this is the amazing thing. This is the evidence that I've gotten ton of from the list process from examining the the data is that if you just write something down, right, and you test this, be sure to test this, write something down in the present tense as if you already received it. Right? I often say the one I receive a cup of coffee, someone reaches out, an old friend reaches out to me, any of that stuff. And if you forget, it happens the fastest. You can write it down one time, and it will happen. And so what happened there is I started to extrapolate that out. Right? And this is why the list is so important because you can make conclusions or spot patterns in it. And then I utilize the same thing for affirmations. And the thing that I found out is that you only actually have to say things one time. One time that impresses the subconscious mind, and then you're not going to believe it instantly. The goal isn't to convince yourself to believe it. What will happen is the same way as an imaginal act, the world will begin to change. You'll find yourself in situations. The world will begin to move in such a such a way that will prove to you the thing that you have written down. So whether it's just you're manifesting a cup of coffee or you're changing your belief systems or or money comes in easily and effortlessly or your relationships are perfect and awesome and the best ever, it's not again, there what I wanna repeat here is to remove the psych psychological approach to it and go to the manifesting approach to it. Right? And I'll tell you another reason why. Force is always met with force. When we imagine something, when things are manifested, it always comes perfect. And in fact, we cannot take any action unless it has been manifested. Now think about that for a second. Everything that you've ever experienced, every action that you've taken in the past, each of these has been thought beforehand. It's been manifested outward. Our very impulses are are received from our awareness, from our subconscious mind. So the method is the the way that it works is that we first imagine, then we manifest, and we experience our manifestation, and then we react to it. So we cannot take action against that which is manifested, which is why you'll find that if you try to force things to happen, you'll be met with force. Now trying to jam something into your mind and create a new brain wave or a, a groove in your brain is force. So instead, take the easy route. Prove it. Test it to yourself. This really shatters a lot of the, previous conceptions that mainstream manifesting talks about, which is the mixing of psychology and science with manifesting when, in fact, a lot of manifesting or all of manifesting takes place on a different level, the level of awareness. So, again, I'll just reiterate. The idea is to define what you want. So if you want a relationship, if you wanna make more money, if you wanna be happier, you define a scene after the end. After the end. A post climactic scene, which means after the climax of what you want has already been fulfilled, you outline that either in a scene or that well, you you you list it out first. If you're if you're new at this, I highly recommend that you list out what you want and then write it out because we're talking about affirmations here. So if you want a relationship, you know, I am grateful that I'm in a relationship with such and such. I am so grateful that I'm secure and confident in that so, I'm secure and confident and happy in everything that I do. I'm so happy that money comes to me easily and effortlessly. What we're doing here is we're adding if we dissect that I'm so grateful, is making a clause from which your manifestation has to unfold. So now when it does manifest, it must come in a way which makes you grateful. And then you put it in the tense as if it's already been fulfilled in such that I am grateful that I am in a relationship with such and such. I'm grateful that money comes to me easily and effortlessly. So we add the past past tense or present tense as if it's happened. It's continuing to happen, and it will further happen down the road. That's the way that we phrase this out. And then what we do is when we play these assumptions in our mind, when we or we record them and put them in our, headphones and listen to them, what will happen is is generally the ideal moment is when our conscious mind is kind of subdued or distracted, which can happen at any time, and you then impress it in your mind. And if you go from there, you can use minimal effort to manifest what you want. So I just wanna be clear on something though. The methodology that I described here is the most effective ways and not anything more than that. Right? One of the problems that I find with manifesting a lot is that people continuously beat it to death. They never stop imagining. They never stop saying affirmations. They never stop at all. But the truth is, and please prove this to yourself as thousands have with the list already, that that's not true. In fact, my manifestations, I will imagine generally one time. That's it. And I get whatever I want. They do not go faster by imagining more. They do not happen I mean, period. That's basically the bottom line. It's not that you have to jam it into your skull. It's not gonna come faster. It will come in the fastest way that it possibly can the instant you plant the seed, but we don't have to jam it in there. So the moral of the story is that there's minimum effort required to impress a subconscious mind. So with the list, you'll find you'll write down one statement as if it already happened, and you'll forget about it if you can forget about it. And you'll realize that whether it takes a day, a week, a month, it's going to happen. And so this proof will help you to understand that you don't have to consistently do something. You don't have to consistently hold something in your mind. You don't have to consistently pretend. What you have to do is for a moment's time impress the subconscious mind successfully, and then no matter what you do, you will receive that which you have set out to do. So I'm gonna give you a little bit more information on the subconscious mind tapes, and I'm gonna tell you a little bit more about the I am and the affirmation and why we use this tense. But definitely try this and let me know what you have done. So thank you so much for watching.
