hey this is Joseph Alai here I want to talk about building faith building faith should be done in order to strengthen your knowing that manifesting will solve your problems that does not mean that it's required to manifest but you won't even try if you don't believe it's possible the way to build faith is through something I have called the list method exercise and that's to every day for a week write down 10 things that you desire to be true true but small things things that you would otherwise maybe be able to forget about um at the end of the week is when you reflect back and you look and you see what has happened and what hasn't and you will find many things we'll have manifested just by simply writing them down without imagining them through this process observe each thing that happened and hasn't happened and by the end of a month two months 3 months you will be a master of faith
