Hi. My name is Joseph. I welcome to my channel. And today wanna talk about three hacks for visualization to get what you want an easier, faster way, especially if you struggle with visualization or imagining properly. So first of all, if you haven't already definitely subscribe for my channel and hit the like button. It does something to the analytics in Youtube and makes this video very viewable by others. And so let's go right into it. So I'm talking about three hacks that I use personally and that some of my friends use in order to in a more easy way, imagine to impress the subconscious mind to get what you want. And so the first one of these hacks is the is the memory technique. So the memory technique is one that I was going over with a friend earlier on the phone. And the idea is essentially to take a memory in the past and utilize it in order to bring that feeling alive and then slightly adjust it in order to fit what you actually wish to experience. So this is really good for you know, specific people or things that you can relate to that have happened in the past. And so the idea here and the I guess philosophy behind it or the essence behind this, which is pro is that all things exist right now. So when you draw upon your memories, you're actually recreating them and telling your subconscious mind to produce them again. It's a very a very important idea that all these things exist now. So when we go into the future, when we go into the past, when we're even right here, what's happening behind the scenes is that whatever you're bringing forth becomes impressed on the subconscious and manifested outward, you will bring it and draw it into your experience. So it's not when you're going into the past, it's actually in the past. I mean, in a sense, yes. You've experienced it in the past, but bringing it into the mind again, saturate the mind in a way that it impress the subconscious, and then you'll experience it again. And this is why you see people repeating the same thing over and over again when it comes to tragic, or events that really impress upon you that you continuously think about. And so we can use this to our advantage however. And the way that we use this is as I said, we bring a memory, a good memory, a happy memory, a memory from which we can draw a lot of deep or emotion that we're emotionally attached to. In this... When we're emotionally attached to something, it will become much easier to add the detail. It already exists in a certain fashion. And so a lot of the times what I hear is that when imagining it's difficult to add feeling. It's difficult to make it feel real. It's difficult to make it as real as this reality Now I don't expect you if you're just beginning to be able to immediately make your acts as real as this reality. And in fact, it's even at times difficult for me to do that. But getting it to higher degrees of saturation or intensity or reality or natural is a crucial aspect and accuracy in getting what you want. So to bring a memory into your imagination, and for example, the one that my friend was using was She was at an amusement park with a specific person. And so she had that memory of the past and was a great memory. Was happy. There was a lot of detail that you remembered. And this specific person, she did she's desire and... So in the past that split up, due to some circumstances, but the desire then is to manifest him. So what she is doing and I have done things like this in the past as well and found extreme success is because she said she was having a little bit trouble figuring out what to imagine, what kind of details to add she took her memory, brought it into the imagination and then modified it to fit more of of a current desire. So in the past, obviously, actually, this is not obvious because in some cases, there are marriages, but she was not married in the past, but in this case, that is the ass fact that she's drawing into this and a few more details. So when she closes her eyes and she brings the memory into her imagination, she starts to add all the emotion and vivid of experiencing it. Now what a better way to experience reality than having already experienced it and bringing it forth into your imagination. That's the best possible case. And so from there when she feels the excitement of this unhappiness joy and all the sensory vivid of the actual memory itself, she then modi it to fit the desire that she has. And just to drive this home, In doing so, if even if she did not modify it to fit what she wanted and just was bringing up this memory of the past, it will manifest again in his likeness, but modifying it to fit what she wants. She now has the authentic and natural feeling of the witch fulfilled impressed on the subconscious mind in an altered manner, which is slight revision of sorts, but it manifests now. So that's the first one. The second one that I wanna talk about is very similar to that one, and it is taking a memory of the past, something that six successful, happy joyous and then completely changing it once you can get the emotions and the happiness involved and change it to what you wish to experience. So this is also useful if you cannot capture the feeling of the wish fulfilled. Now with imagining and and manifestation, the idea is to emulate the scene in reality. It's to emulate your perception in reality. And so when we bring this conjure scene of our desire, whether it be a a a specific person or money or freedom or a vacation or people treating you. Or whatever the case may be. When we have this desire. If we do not know how it would feel in reality, there's many different techniques that you can use in order to add some type of emulation of reality. But in this case, when we're trying to capture that feeling, we draw upon a six successful memory in the past just like we did prior. But in this case, after we feel this and we start to get the emotion building up in us, then we switch the scene to the object of our desire. Now we should be pre planning this scene out before we hop right into it otherwise, you're just breaking up this feeling and then you're gonna lose the momentum by thinking, okay, what should I imagine now We should already map out and I normally do this on a piece of paper where I at least contemplate it thoroughly because I don't really... If I get into the imaginable state, which is relaxing and in the present moment, It's something that's sought after. It's something that is valuable to me. It's actually priceless because you think about it. This is all that's needed because after that, you can go into the imagination and manifest. But if you're not in the present moment, if you are ob or thinking, I don't even imagine at that time. If I'm in a bad mood, I'm not even imagining. I wait until I'm calm. I wait until them okay. And then I relax. And then at that point, I bring the scene into my imagination. So here's the thing. Like I said before, when we have this saturated feeling in our mind and we'll relaxed we're in the present moment, And we're feeling the feeling of that memory, we swap it out. Having already planned it out, We swap it out and we feel that feeling of the new ish fulfilled. Then what will happen there is being that we're there, adding that feeling with that, which adds accuracy, we'll emulate that, copy that take a snapshot out of that and impress that in the subconscious mind. And through a matter of time through a course of time, it will manifest outward and we must experience that which we've imagined it's not gonna pass to someone else as long as we do it in first person, it must return to sender. And so if you can get this feeling, if you can feel satisfied, then don't worry it must come. And the last one that I would like to bring up is probably my favorite out of all these. And it is mirroring. So mirroring is the idea that we find someone who already has that which we desire and we think of what it would be like if we were really them. So for me, I don't know about you, but sometimes it's difficult for me to fathom myself as a specific type of person to fathom myself say, like, for example, with a specific person or with a bunch of money or with freedom from a job, whatever whatever it is or even imagining myself as a great manifest because you can do that as well. So what we do and I do this often and it's become so incredibly simple. If you want something and you don't know how it feels, you take someone else and you you can start to contemplate what what do you think it felt like when when such and such did such and such? Like I'll I'll take an abstract example. What do you think it felt like when Steve jobs became Ceo of Apple. When do he think it felt like when he came back to Apple and he made his first billion dollars. I don't know. And my facts could be off here with that. But either way the idea is like, okay. What would it... What do you think it felt like when Alexander the Great conquered the known world that's the age of thirty. These ideas and sensations just like, okay. But why would I wanna know what Alexander the Great felt like when he conquered the known world at age of thirty, Well, so here's a thing. You can no matter what go back in time and really think about okay. So say I want to or something. Say I want an a monumental achievement. I would take someone who's achieved one. All alexander they're great, for instance, Steve jobs. Or any number of people who have achieved great things of which there's countless and I did not choose those for any particular reason, but that they were off the top of my head. But it's like we can contemplate. Okay. So say I want to have a success business. Say I want to whatever I want, who's done it. There are countless people who have done it and and interesting thing is that if we find biographies, which I've mentioned this in a previous video, you can easily find or even auto what it was like. What was it actually like for that person to do this where you look through history, or you know somebody who's done it before, it some reason it is so much easier, I guess because of the stress and strain it takes, what will I feel like, what am I gonna... No? What did that person feel like? What do I suspect? And once we target that, we just take that and we bring that into ourselves. So I step into the shoes, so to speak of Alexander the great of Steve jobs. And I start to emulate that feeling. I start to bring that scene forth. It actually is is fun and exciting to do this. And this is what imagining and manifesting should be. Fun. We take that. We saturate ourselves in that. And then we kind of imagine what we would be thinking in their shoes and then take it and apply to our situation, I would be... If I had started a successful business, what would I be thinking in the mind of all under the great? I would be you know, confident and secure and and all these things will be so simple, and I've done this before with people, you know, especially like neville god whatever, and it works. And then you take that feeling you bring it on, you imagine yourself as that style of person in the wish fulfilled, and you can even become people like You can become the character traits of people by em what you think it would feel like. And so that is kind of what I would do for three hacks that would absolutely simplify the visualization, which a lot of people I have trouble with from what I found. And in fact, my coaching clients out of all the techniques visualization is one that seems to get people problems. But with that said practice, practice makes perfect. If you practice, you will easily over time, don't stress out you will over time strengthen yourself and and and you'll be able to imagine stronger, which comes with a whole new set of gifts So I wanna give you... I wanna link you to a couple videos on techniques and as far as how to strengthen your imagination. So I think you'll enjoy those. So Definitely subscribe to this like this video and stay tuned for more thank you.
