the reaction from the last S I posted about robotic affirmations has been excellent many have been messaging me thanking me for showing them the true teachings of Neville and where they had been taught incorrectly so this is an excellent one and this is the difference between and an affirmation and inner conversation and selft talk these are not the same thing from Neville's lips himself he talks about an imaginal conversation being in literal conversation between him and a friend or over hearing him and a friend and the friend this is in his lecture mental diets and the friend talks about how he's never felt better and he res it's essentially the imagin imagination of perceiving you having a conversation with someone else that is not an affirmation Neville has another phrase for affirming and he talks about a decree but that is feelingly to be possessed by a feeling so again I hope this is helpful for those who want the true teachings thank you so much
