hey this is Joseph Alai here and I want to talk about willpower resistance and essentially remaining relaxed whilst Imagining the subconscious mind does not do well with coercion it must be persuaded and in other words your conscious mind will protect the subconscious mind by any means if it feels it's being hit with something that it does not agree with so in other words what you've got to do is choose some scene which would imply what you want but imagine it without resistance calm down chill out you don't have to jam something into your mind that's ineffective you would have to do this thousands of times before it worked all you've got to do is remain relaxed imagine and let go and it will impress and you will manifest
